Thank you for your interest in our research group! We are a motivated group of high school, undergraduate, and graduate students, excited about collaborating to make new discoveries about protein quality control. 

If you are interested in joining the team, please email Dr. Rubenstein (emrubenstein@bsu.edu) the following:

1. Your professional goals (it’s ok if you’re not sure!)

2. Any research or laboratory experience you’ve had (it’s ok if you don’t have any yet)

3. Your reasons for pursuing research in our lab

4. A resumé or CV, if you have one

Undergraduates interested in joining the lab should

• have earned a B or higher in Cell Biology (BIO 215) or an equivalent course

• be willing to commit to performing research for 10 hours per week for at least two semesters
